Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DreamCorp (the "Platform"), operated by DreamCorp SAS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DreamCorp provides AI-powered business management tools, including virtual agents, CRM, website generation, and operational automation. The Platform is designed for legal businesses only.

3. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• One person / one legal entity per account. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Platform for any of the following:

• Adult content or sexual services.
• Illegal weapons, drugs, or regulated substances.
• Gambling or games of chance with monetary prizes.
• Cannabis-related products/services unless explicitly authorized.
• Deceptive or fraudulent practices, MLM, pyramid schemes.
• Counterfeit or IP-infringing products.
• Any category prohibited by our payment provider or by applicable law.

5. Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all taxes applicable to your business activities.

DreamCorp does not collect or remit taxes on your behalf. Any tax information displayed on the Platform (tax hints, VAT rates, fiscal summaries) is for informational convenience only and does not constitute tax advice. DreamCorp makes no warranty as to accuracy or completeness.

The Platform provides tools (invoices, CSV exports, fiscal summaries) to help you maintain your own accounting records. You should consult a qualified tax advisor.

6. Billing and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Credit purchases are billed at time of purchase.
• All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• Consumer users in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, unless the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you create using the Platform remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to provide the service.

DreamCorp retains all rights to the Platform itself, including software, design, templates, and AI orchestration.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content (outreach messages, reports, suggestions) may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before sending it to third parties or relying on it for business decisions.

9. Suspension and Termination

DreamCorp may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraud, abuse, or operation of a prohibited business. Refunds are not guaranteed in case of termination for cause.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains available for 90 days after cancellation, then is permanently deleted (except invoices retained for legal purposes).

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamCorp SAS's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Consumer rights under mandatory local law are not affected by this clause.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify DreamCorp SAS against any claim, damage, or cost arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France — without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in the user's country of residence.

EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
